BSPARK Architecture was founded with the belief that architecture services could be delivered in a different, more thoughtful way. This philosophy not only shapes the way we approach our projects, but it also defines how we work together as a firm to support the well-being of our employees. Work-life balance is a core value at BSPARK, and it's something we’ve actively nurtured as the firm has grown and evolved.

As the busyness of life becomes even more pronounced during the holiday season, we want to take a moment to reflect on what work-life balance means to us. We recognize that maintaining this balance can sometimes be challenging, especially when there are deadlines to meet and clients to support. However, it’s essential for us to honor both the needs of our clients and the well-being of our team. We’ve found that by encouraging our employees to take time to rest, we foster a healthier, more productive work environment for everyone.

BSPARK’s Winter Break: A Time for Rest and Renewal

One of the ways we encourage rest during this busy time is by closing our office for what we call “BSPARK’s Winter Break.” Between Christmas and New Year’s Day, our office is closed, and all of our full-time employees are paid for this well-deserved time off. This policy allows our team the opportunity to rest, recover, and spend meaningful time with their families and friends.

This time away from the daily flow of work also gives our administrative team the chance to reflect on the year that has passed and plan for the future. We use this moment to recharge our creativity and enthusiasm, preparing for the exciting projects and opportunities that lie ahead in 2025.

Looking Back & Moving Forward

As we reflect on 2024, we are filled with gratitude. We want to thank all of our clients for their continued support and trust in us to bring their visions to life. We are also thankful for our local community and their support. We look forward to continuing working within our community and all across Montana to bring new projects to life in 2025.

We’re excited to carry forward the lessons learned this year as we continue to deliver innovative architecture and interior design services across the state. We are committed to helping our community grow and flourish, and we can’t wait for all the opportunities to come in 2025 and beyond.
