Beargrass Village

Great Falls, Montana

Designing a living community was the motto for Beargrass Village. This pocket neighborhood features a mix of townhouses and detached homes on an urban infill, half-block - doubling density, and creating shared amenities.

The project was developed through Re-zoning, Civil infrastructure design, and unit plans. Due to soils concerns, this development will likely be built on a different site, and with a non-conventional finance package, possibly as a cooperative development.
